No, we exclusively serve the domestic market. We ship to all corners of India but do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value above Rs. 200. For orders valued at Rs. 200 or below, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders require 2 to 3 days for processing and packing. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7 days, depending on your exact location in India.

Which courier services do you use?

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our courier partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, XpressBees, Amazon, and BlueDart.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available, and are there extra charges?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for your convenience, and we do not apply any extra charges or fees for choosing the COD payment option.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as beauty products, toys, and gift articles, are non-returnable.

What are the requirements for processing a return?

An unboxing video is strictly required to process any return claim. You must record a clear, continuous video while opening your package. Additionally, customers are responsible for a flat return shipping fee of Rs. 50, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not allow direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, you will need to request a return for your original eligible item and place a new, separate order on our website.
