Refund policy

At eShop9, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please read our guidelines below regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

Return Guidelines

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect both you and our business, an unboxing video is strictly required for all return claims. Please record a clear, continuous video while opening your package. This allows us to quickly evaluate and resolve any issues regarding damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be in the exact condition you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Beauty Products

  • Gift Articles

  • Toys

 How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat return fee of Rs. 50 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Exchanges

We currently do not allow exchanges. To get a different item, you will need to return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new, separate order.

 Refund Process

Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Netbanking ): Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account.

  • Note: Please allow standard processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped (orders typically process and ship within 2 to 3 days).

  • To cancel, please message us immediately on WhatsApp at 9737268855 for the fastest response.

  • Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners (Delhivery, XpressBees, BlueDart, etc.), it can no longer be canceled.
